The Alberta Ministry of Community and Social Services is currently reviewing the Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) program. The review process includes a survey seeking input from the disability community. 

SAC members and associates, as well as their patients and clients, may wish to complete the survey.

Participate in the survey before February 1, 2021.
